A Bit About Therapy
In general, therapy helps individuals learn how to cope more effectively. It provides an opportunity for people to talk through their feelings and work through problems in a safe space with a trained professional. Therapy often focuses on helping people learn about themselves so that they might better know what steps should come next in life. This self-exploration leads many individuals to gain a better sense of confidence and self-worth over time. Oftentimes, people experience positive changes in their life after going through therapy because they are able to understand themselves more clearly.
